870 Inman

Updates/Reminders

Posted by Kristy Cowell on July 17, 2013

Good Afternoon, I hope everyone is enjoying their Summer! I have attached the Revised 870 Inman Handbook for your review. There are a few changes regarding Move Ins and Move Outs. Please make sure to refer to pages 7&8 prior to any move in or out as to avoid being fined. Below, please see the 870 Inman Pool Rules. Remember, these rules are in place per The Fulton County Ordinance. If an inspector randomly visits, which they often do, the pool will be shut down and the building will be fined. You may also find the rules on page 18 of the attached handbook. Swimming Pool 870 Inman has a fabulous swimming pool that is maintained for use all year long. Pool Area Rules: • No glass containers or bottles are allowed in the pool area. NO GLASS is permitted in the pool or any area other than private fenced in patios on the 2nd level pool area. SO no glass of any kind allowed once you enter through any of the entry ways to the pool. • Pets are not permitted in or around the pool area. • No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the pool without adult supervision. Infants must have appropriate waterproof swim diapers. • Appropriate attire should be worn when passing through the lobby on the way to or from the pool area. Shirts and/or wraps and shoes should always be worn. • This is a private pool facility. No lifeguard is on duty. A phone is available in the pool area in the event of a 911 emergency. If you have your unit rented remember it is your responsibility to make sure your tenant is informed of all the building rules and policies and has a copy of the attached Handbook. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Have a safe and happy summer!
